What is energy work?
There are lots of different forms of energy work. I’m trained in a number of modalities and so my energy work is a tailored experience for each client depending on their unique needs. I use a combination of different tools, techniques and lineages including:
Reiki treatments or Attunments (training individuals or groups to become practitioners)
Chakra clearing and balancing
Energy Hygiene mediation and teaching self-care practices
Yoga: Asana (poses), Mantra (sound), Pranayama (breath work) and Yoga Nidra (guided visualization)
Massage Therapy / Cranial Sacral Therapy techniques
Shamanic healing practices and sacred ceremony (Celtic and Peruvian linages): Soul retrieval, extractions, cutting energetic cords, ceremonies for major life events.
Emotional and energetic anatomy analysis and trauma informed healing work

What to expect during a session…
Most sessions are around 75 mins. I believe that each client is unique and should receive treatment according to their specific emotional, energetic and structural needs. Before we begin we will determine what you are hoping to accomplish with the session through a series of intake questions. I will then intuitively craft a protocol to approach your needs. We will discuss before we begin so you know what to expect during the session. Techniques that could be drawn from are listed above.
My goal is that ultimately you feel balanced, relaxed and refreshed after your session. Although I understand there can be emotional and energetic releases after this work, I aim for balance and doing the amount of work you can integrate at any given session. I also offer self-care suggestions at the end of your session to help with integration and I am available for follow up calls to offer any additional support you might need.
